Ambassador Deborah A. McCarthy is an expert on U.S. foreign and national security policy with over 30 years of diplomatic experience. She is a fellow at Harvard University and is currently the U.S. lead negotiator on the UN Cybercrime Treaty.

Caroline Croft is a foreign affairs officer with 30 years of experience at the State Department and the White House. She has worked on human rights issues, negotiated anti-crime and terrorism agreements and served as the Chief of Staff to UN Ambassador Madeleine Albright.
